Otez le chapeau tout en le conservant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creusez les tomates pour enlever les graines. Salez. Retournez les sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte m\u00e9langez la chair du crabe avec le lait de coco, le ch\u00e8vre frais et l&#8217;oignon hach\u00e9 finement.<br>Ajoutez le jus du citron vert. Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez quelques gouttes de Tabasco.<br>M\u00e9langez.
