Fa\u00e7onnez la p\u00e2te en boule et laissez-la reposer, \u00e0 couvert, au frais, pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaissez finement la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e et d\u00e9coupez-y 8 disques assez grands pour tapisser 8 moules \u00e0 tartelettes, pr\u00e9alablement huil\u00e9s. Piquez la p\u00e2te avec les dents d&#8217;une fourchette, \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers. Faites cuire \u00e0 blanc, au four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (th. 6), \u00e0 mi-hauteur, pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez les \u0153ufs durs en deux.<br>Retirez le jaune et d\u00e9posez-le dans une terrine.
