Pelez les avocats, d\u00e9coupez-les en tranches et citronnez-les.<br>Pelez le fenouil et \u00e9mincez-le. Coupez le fromage en b\u00e2tonnets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez tous les ingr\u00e9dients harmonieusement sur un grand plat. \u00c9mulsionnez le jus d&#8217;orange r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le bol avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en poudre. Salez et poivrez.<br>Versez cette vinaigrette sur la salade.
