{"id":5370,"date":"2022-04-10T18:18:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T16:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=5370"},"modified":"2022-04-10T18:18:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-10T16:18:11","slug":"salade-peruvienne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/10\/salade-peruvienne\/","title":{"rendered":"Salade p\u00e9ruvienne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur Jaimie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recette p\u00e9ruvienne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts : 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 15 min<br>Temps de cuisson : 20 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><br>6 pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<br>1 petit piment rouge<br>3 tomates<br>3 avocats<br>Le jus de 2 citrons<br>200 g de Gouda<br>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;olives noires d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<br>2 grenades<br>2 fruits de la passion<br>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe de noix de p\u00e9can concass\u00e9es<br>450 g de ma\u00efs en boite<br>Sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>Faites cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante pendant 20 minutes.<br>\u00c9gouttez et pelez les pommes de terre. Coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites blanchir le piment \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante. \u00c9p\u00e9pinez-le puis \u00e9mincez-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mondez les tomates puis taillez-les en brunoise.(*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez les avocats et retirez-en le noyau.<br>D\u00e9taillez-les en lamelles puis arrosez-les de jus d&#8217; 1 citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez le fromage en d\u00e9s et les olives en 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-dessus d&#8217;un bol, exprimez le jus des grenades. Ajoutez la pulpe des fruits de la passion.<br>Ajoutez le piment. Arrosez avec le reste de jus de citron. Ajoutez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.
