Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y plonger les calamars et les laisser cuire pendant 25 minutes \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement (seulement 10 minutes si vous utilisez des calamars surgel\u00e9s).<br>\u00c9goutter. Laisser ti\u00e9dir . Couper les calamars en anneaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mettre dans un saladier avec les crevettes roses d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presser le citron. Recueillir le jus dans un bol. \u00c9mincer finement les ciboules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le bol, m\u00e9langer au jus de citron la sauce de soja et l&#8217;huile.<br>Ajouter les ciboules \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Relever d&#8217;une pointe de couteau de piment de Cayenne.<br>Verser cette sauce sur les fruits de mer.
