Y plonger les langoustines et laisser fr\u00e9mir pendant environ 4 minutes.<br>Les \u00e9goutter et les laisser refroidir, puis les d\u00e9cortiquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la vinaigrette avec du sel, du poivre, le vinaigre, l&#8217;huile.
