Faites d\u00e9gorger 30 minutes au gros sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez les pamplemousses \u00e0 vif et d\u00e9coupez la chair en d\u00e9s. D\u00e9taillez le saumon en lani\u00e8res.<br>\u00c9mincez les radis apr\u00e8s les avoir \u00e9queut\u00e9s. M\u00e9langez le tout dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez le yaourt, le jus de citron, un peu de sel et de paprika. Ajoutez dans la salade et m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.
