Couper le jambon en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire blanchir les lardons \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante quelques minutes. Les saisir \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire une vinaigrette avec l&#8217;huile et le vinaigre.
