Plongez-y les f\u00e8ves.<br>A la reprise de l&#8217;\u00e9bullition comptez 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez les f\u00e8ves et passez-les sous l&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e pour en interrompre la cuisson.<br>\u00c9gouttez de nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parez le fenouil et \u00e9mincez le. Pelez l&#8217;ail, \u00f4tez en le germe et hachez-le.<br>Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons. Coupez le jambon en fines lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez le jus du citron avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et l&#8217;ail.<br>Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier m\u00e9langez le fenouil et les f\u00e8ves.
