Coupez le concombre en rondelles.<br>Pelez les avocats et coupez-les en d\u00e9s. \u00c9gouttez les miettes de crabe.<br>D\u00e9cortiquez les queues de crevettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez le pamplemousse en quartiers en prenant soin d&#8217;\u00f4ter les parties blanches.<br>\u00c9crasez 1\/3 d&#8217;entre-eux pour en r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez ce jus avec la mayonnaise. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez dans un grand saladier le kiwi, le concombre, l&#8217;avocat, le pamplemousse et m\u00e9langez.<br>Ajoutez les miettes de cabres et les crevettes. Ajoutez la mayonnaise au jus de citron.<br>M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.
