Faites les cuire \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante additionn\u00e9e de gros sel.<br>Les bouquets doivent rester fermes (al dente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier versez le jus du citron. Faites y fondre le sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la sauce soja, le Tabasco. M\u00e9langez de nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les herbes et les tomates. Versez doucement l&#8217;huile.
