Coupez en petits d\u00e9s les betteraves dans un saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et d\u00e9taillez en morceaux les pommes. Faites-les tremper dans de l&#8217;eau citronn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9mincez l&#8217;\u00e9chalote et ajoutez-la au saladier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cassez les noix et mettez les cerneaux dans la betterave ainsi que les morceaux de pommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette avec le vinaigre, l&#8217;huile, le sel et le poivre.
