Ajoutez les herbes et le jus des deux citrons.<br>Mouillez avec le vin blanc. Recouvrez d&#8217;un film alimentaire et laissez mariner pendant 12 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez alors les poissons dans le panier d&#8217;un cuit vapeur. Faites les cuire pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9crasez les poissons \u00e0 la fourchette.
