Couplez les citrons en quartiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un plat creux allant au feu versez le vin, le vinaigre?. Ajoutez les citrons et les oignons.<br>Laissez mac\u00e9rer toute la nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jour m\u00eame:<br>\u00d4tez la t\u00eate des maquereaux. Videz les et rincez le abondamment.
