Mettez-les ainsi que leur eau dans un r\u00e9cipient contenant le jus du citron. Laissez &#8220;cuire&#8221; 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez la cr\u00e8me dans un saladier et fouettez l\u00e0 fermement. Incorporez la moutarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nettoyez les coquilles d&#8217;hu\u00eetres et s\u00e9chez-les. R\u00e9partissez la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e dans chacune des coquilles<br>D\u00e9posez une hu\u00eetre dans chaque coquille. R\u00e9partissez les \u0153ufs de saumon.
