Effeuillez-la. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez les oignons et l&#8217;ail. \u00c9mincez les finement. Exprimez les citrons verts.<br>R\u00e9servez le jus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvrez les avocats en deux et \u00f4tez-en les noyaux. Retirez d\u00e9licatement la chair \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuiller.<br>D\u00e9taillez-la en d\u00e9s. Citronnez les coques et r\u00e9servez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez les d\u00e9s d&#8217;avocats dans un saladier. Arrosez-les du jus des citrons et de la cuiller d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<br>Ajoutez la morue effeuill\u00e9e. Ajoutez le persil hach\u00e9. Ajoutez quelques gouttes de Tabasco.<br>Poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement. M\u00e9langez le tout \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une fourchette tout en l&#8217;\u00e9crasant pour obtenir une pur\u00e9e grossi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filmez le saladier \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un film alimentaire.
