Mettez les dans une passoire.<br>Saupoudrez de sel, laissez d\u00e9gorger 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pongez avec du papier absorbant. Coupez la feta en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez dans un bol le jus d&#8217; 1\/2 citron, le yaourt; la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Fouettez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez les d\u00e9s de concombres et les cubes de feta sur un plat creux.
