(1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de citron pour 2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites mariner pendant 1 heure le poisson apr\u00e8s l&#8217;avoir piment\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps pelez et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les tomates. Concassez-les. \u00c9gouttez-les 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage:<\/strong><br>Ciselez la marjolaine fra\u00eeche.<br>\u00c9talez-la sous forme de lit dans un plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posez les escalopes de poissons dessus.
