Les s\u00e9parer en quartiers. \u00c9liminer les peaux blanches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plonger les tomates dans de l\u2019eau bouillante. Puis les passer sous l\u2019eau froide. Les \u00e9plucher. Les couper en deux Les presser pour les \u00e9p\u00e9piner. Les tailler en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer les deux huiles, saler, poivrer. Ajouter le jus de citron.<br>Battre \u00e0 la fourchette pour bien m\u00e9langer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage:<\/strong><br>Napper l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chaque barquette d\u2019endives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre les d\u00e9s de tomates et les quartiers de mandarines dans le reste de sauce et m\u00e9langer.<br>Les r\u00e9partir dans chaque demi-endive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9goutter les olives et les \u00e9mincer en rondelles. D\u00e9corer les barquettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre au frais jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><br>Pour \u00e9viter d\u2019avoir des endives trop am\u00e8res, les choisir bien ferm\u00e9es, d\u2019un blanc ivoire, avec l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 jaune p\u00e2le et non verte.<br>\u00c9viter de les faire tremper, les rincer vite ou les essuyer seulement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9dacteur Moana Nombre de parts: 4Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 15 minutesSans cuisson.
