Salez, poivrez. Comptez encore 5 minutes. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et \u00e9mincez les oignons. Faites les revenir dorer avec l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale.<br>Mouillez de Calvados et m\u00e9langez bien. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coupez le boudin en rondelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foncez un moule \u00e0 tarte avec la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Etalez la moutarde sur la p\u00e2te.
