D\u00e9taillez les en lamelles de taille moyenne.<br>Faites-les cuire 20 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavez et \u00e9pluchez l&#8217;aubergine. Taillez-la en lamelles et faites les d\u00e9gorger au sel pendant 40 minutes.<br>Lavez-les et \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavez les courgettes et s\u00e9chez-les sur du papier absorbant.<br>D\u00e9taillez-les \u00e9galement en lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelez et hachez l&#8217;ail et le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire s\u00e9par\u00e9ment pendant 3 minutes les courgettes et l&#8217;aubergine \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0 C (th-6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beurrez un plat \u00e0 gratin (tian).<br>Disposez une couche de chaque l\u00e9gume en s\u00e9parant chaque couche avec un peu d&#8217;ail et de persil m\u00e9lang\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nappez de cr\u00e8me.
