{"id":4945,"date":"2022-04-10T07:27:12","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T05:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=4945"},"modified":"2022-04-10T07:27:13","modified_gmt":"2022-04-10T05:27:13","slug":"tartiflette-aux-endives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/10\/tartiflette-aux-endives\/","title":{"rendered":"Tartiflette aux endives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><br>5 endives<br>200 g de lardons<br>3 oignons rouges<br>1 demi reblochon<br>1 cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>Sel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Couper les endives en lani\u00e8res, peler et \u00e9mincer les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale et y faire suer les oignons rouges.<br>Quand ils commencent \u00e0 dorer, ajouter les lani\u00e8res d&#8217;endives et faire sauter le tout, trois minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saler et poivrer et verser dans un plat en terre cuite allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre les lardons \u00e0 dorer dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, sans rajouter de mati\u00e8re grasse. Verser sur les endives.
