Concassez-les grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez et ciselez les \u00e9chalotes. Pelez et \u00e9crasez l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites suer les \u00e9chalotes dans une sauteuse avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Ajoutez les tomates, l&#8217;ail, le bouquet garni. Salez et poivrez. Sucrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tuvez la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 feux moyen.<br>En fin de cuisson, ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du basilic hach\u00e9. Laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur une plan de travail farin\u00e9. D\u00e9taillez-la en 4 disques de 18 cm de diam\u00e8tre<br>Piquer-les et r\u00e9servez au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9t\u00eatez les sardines et videz-les. Tirez les filets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez sur chaque disque de p\u00e2te un peu de concass\u00e9e de tomate froide.<br>Disposez ensuite 4filets de sardine c\u00f4t\u00e9 chair sur la tomate. Saupoudrer de thym, d&#8217;origan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0 C th7<br>Disposez les tartelettes sur la grilles du four. Enfournez pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 minutes avant la fin badigeonner les tartelettes avec le m\u00e9lange suivant (basilic hach\u00e9 + huile d&#8217;olive + ail hach\u00e9) .
