Faites-les revenir dans le beurre fondu 5 minutes, puis arrosez-les du miel.<br>Laissez cuire et colorer, en remuant souvent, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient dor\u00e9s et tendres, pendant environ 20 minutes Salez et poivrez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 th. 6 (180\u00b0 C). \u00c9gouttez soigneusement les raisins, m\u00e9langez-les aux oignons.<br>Ajoutez la cannelle et la noix de muscade. Garnissez les fonds de tarte de cette pr\u00e9paration.<br>Enfournez pour 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, battez l&#8217;\u0153uf et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Sortez les tartelettes du four<br>Versez dans chacune d&#8217;elles un peu de m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs.
