Poivrez et m\u00e9langez au fouet.<br>Ajoutez la ma\u00efzena, d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un cuiller \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau et m\u00e9langez de nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez le roquefort \u00e9miett\u00e9 sur le fond de tarte.
