R\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez le gorgonzola en morceaux et le jambon de Parme en lamelles.<br>Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me, poivrez.
