{"id":4917,"date":"2022-04-10T07:01:36","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T05:01:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=4917"},"modified":"2022-04-10T07:01:38","modified_gmt":"2022-04-10T05:01:38","slug":"tarte-a-la-provencale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/10\/tarte-a-la-provencale\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte  \u00e0 la proven\u00e7ale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombre de parts: de 4 \u00e0 6<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 40 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 2 heures 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>:<br>1 rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<br>4 \u0153ufs<br>15 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<br>1 pot de tapenade verte<br>150 g de feta<br>3 tomates en grappe<br>1 poivron rouge<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>sel, poivre du moulin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br>Placez le poivron entier sous le gril du four 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<br>Faites-le bien noircir, puis laissez-le refroidir dans un sac plastique.<br>Quand il est ti\u00e8de, \u00f4tez la peau, coupez-le en deux, retirez les graines, puis d\u00e9coupez-le en lani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en quatre.<br>Placez les quartiers sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier aluminium, saupoudrez de sucre en poudre et arrosez d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Laissez confire au four \u00e0 150\u00b0C (th. 5) durant 1 h 30.<br>Retirez les tomates confites et montez le thermostat du four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th-6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e dans un plat \u00e0 tarte, garnissez le fond avec les lamelles de poivron grill\u00e9 et les tomates confites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, battez les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me, la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e et la tapenade.<br>Salez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (la tapenade l&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0), poivrez.
