Fouettez les \u0153ufs dans un bol avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la ciboulette.<br>Salez puis poivrez. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une sauteuse. Faites sauter les champignons quelques minutes \u00e0 feu vif.<br>\u00c9gouttez et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites dorer les lardons dans une po\u00eale 3 minutes sur feu doux. S\u00e9chez-les sur du papier absorbant et r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez le rouleau de p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 tarte. Piquez le fond avec les dents d&#8217;une fourchette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnissez le fond de p\u00e2te des c\u00e8pes et des lardons.
