R\u00e9servez les chapeaux.<br>Retirez la pulpe des oignons en prenant soin de laisser au moins deux peaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hachez la pulpe des oignons avec le jambon.<br>Ciselez finement les feuilles de sauge et ajoutez-les au m\u00e9lange.<br>Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et le pain de mie \u00e9miett\u00e9, le vermouth et le parmesan.<br>Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez une pointe de muscade en poudre. M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnissez les oignons et recouvrez-les de leur chapeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huilez un plat allant au four et d\u00e9posez-y les oignons une fois garnis.<br>Ajoutez 3 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau.
