Disposez-les dans un plat en terre beurr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les \u0153ufs entiers comme pour une omelette, ajoutez le lait, les fines herbes cisel\u00e9es, le fromage de Chaource \u00e9miett\u00e9.
