D\u00e9couper 6 cercles de 15 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d4ter la cro\u00fbte du camembert. Le couper en 18 parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9vider les pommes. Les \u00e9plucher. Les trancher en 18 fines lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (Th6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposer en alternance au milieu de chaque rond de p\u00e2te, 3 lamelles de pommes et 3 lamelles de camembert.<br>Badigeonner les bords de la p\u00e2te avec le jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Replier chaque feuillet\u00e9 en forme de tricorne. Souder les bords en les pin\u00e7ant.
