Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&#8217;oignon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rincez les les escargots et \u00e9gouttez les. Faites les mac\u00e9rer dans le vermouth pendant 30 minutes.<br>\u00c9gouttez et r\u00e9servez le vermouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites fondre l&#8217;oignon et le poivron quelques minutes \u00e0 feux doux avec u peu d&#8217;huile dans une sauteuse.<br>Augmentez le feu et ajoutez les escargots. Faites dorer 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez le vermouth et le bouillon de poulet et la f\u00e9cule.
