Laissez cuire \u00e0 petits fr\u00e9missements de 15 \u00e0 25 min selon la grosseur des asperges. V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson en piquant \u00e0 la fourchette la base d&#8217;une tige elle doit \u00eatre tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;autre part m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me et les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs. Placez le tout dons un bain-marie chaud mais non bouillant. Faites cuire sans cesser de remuer et en \u00e9vitant l&#8217;\u00e9bullition (comme une cr\u00e8me anglaise). Retirez du feu d\u00e8s que la sauce nappe la cuill\u00e8re.
