8<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;: 30 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson&nbsp;: 3 heures minimum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0 <\/strong>:<br>1,5 kg de viande de b\u0153uf \u00e0 braiser<br>1 oignon<br>2 carottes<br>66 cL de bi\u00e8re brune<br>3 tranches de pain d\u2019\u00e9pices<br>40 g de cassonade<br>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de moutarde<br>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de farine<br>30 g de saindoux<br>2 feuilles de laurier<br>2 branches de thym<br>sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0<\/strong>:<br>Couper la viande en petits morceaux.<br>Dans une cocotte en fonte, faire fondre le saindoux et y faire dorer les cubes de viande .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, peler et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon et les carottes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand les morceaux de viande sont dor\u00e9s de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, ajouter la cassonade pour caram\u00e9liser un peu.<br>Incorporer les l\u00e9gumes puis saupoudrer la farine et laisser roussir en m\u00e9langeant.<br>Mouiller avec la bi\u00e8re et bien m\u00e9langer.<br>Ajouter le thym et le laurier.<br>Laisser bouillonner une 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tartiner la moutarde sur le pain d\u2019\u00e9pices .<br>Int\u00e9grer ces tranches dans la carbonade et laisser cuire, \u00e0 couvert, 1 heure, \u00e0 petit feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lendemain remettre \u00e0 cuire, \u00e0 petit feu, 1 heure au moins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage\u00a0<\/strong>:<br>Servir dans la cocotte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Breuvages\u00a0<\/strong>:<br>Bi\u00e8re du Nord<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes\u00a0<\/strong>:<br>La cuisson totale doit \u00eatre de 3 heures au moins sur deux jours<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9dacteur\u00a0: Jaimie Nombre de personnes&nbsp;;
