Ajoutez le sel et le sucre.<br>Versez l&#8217;eau en fouettant, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te lisse.<br>Laissez-la reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant une demi-heure, recouverte d&#8217;un linge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, r\u00e2pez la pulpe de potiron au-dessus d&#8217;un grand bol, avec une r\u00e2pe cylindrique munie de sa grille \u00e0 gros trous.
