Pelez et \u00e9crasez l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en 4 et \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couvrez une plaque du four de papier sulfuris\u00e9. R\u00e9partissez les tomates dessus tout en les espa\u00e7ant pour ne pas qu&#8217;elles se touchent. Parsemez les d&#8217;ail, de thym et de basilic; Versez un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dessus.<br>Saupoudrez de gros sel puis poivrez .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 90\u00b0 C (th-3).
