Versez la polenta en pluie.<br>Baissez le feu et laissez cuire 10 minutes tout en remuant. Incorporez le beurre en fin de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez la polenta dans un moule pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9 ou huil\u00e9.<br>Laissez refroidir puis entreposez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9moulez la polenta. D\u00e9taillez-la en 48 petits carr\u00e9s. Faites-les frire dans de l&#8217;huile bien chaude.<br>\u00c9gouttez-les sur du papier absorbant.
