Saupoudrez les d\u00e9s de concombre de sel.<br>Laissez d\u00e9gorger 10 minutes. Rincez et s\u00e9chez-les . R\u00e9duisez-les en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 la moulinette.Pelez et hachez finement l&#8217;oignon\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;autre part, m\u00e9langez le yaourt et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Ajoutez l&#8217;ail, l&#8217;oignon, le jus de citron, sel, poivre et paprika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joignez la pur\u00e9e de concombre \u00e9goutt\u00e9e, si elle est trop aqueuse.
