Fendez les en deux dans le sens de la longueur. \u00d4tez les graines et les parties blanches. D\u00e9taillez les poivrons en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez l&#8217;ail et l&#8217;oignon. Hachez les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nettoyez le c\u00e9leri et d\u00e9taillez-le en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une sauteuse. Faites y revenir les l\u00e9gumes. Salez et poivrez. Ajoutez la concass\u00e9e de tomates et le bouquet garni. Couvrez et laissez r\u00e9duite 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez les moules et comptez encore 5 minutes de cuisson \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert.
