Coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s.<br>D\u00e9taillez-le en fines tranches \u00e0 l&#8217;aide une mandoline ou d&#8217;un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un bol \u00e9crasez le fromage frais en y incorporant la menthe. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9cro\u00fbtez le pain de mie. Tartinez les tranches de pain de mie avec le fromage frais.<br>Coupez en 4 chaque tranche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez une rondelle de concombre sur la moiti\u00e9 des carr\u00e9s de pains de mie.<br>Recouvrez chaque canap\u00e9 d&#8217;un carr\u00e9 de pain de mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez les tomates cerise en deux.
