D\u00e9coupez-la en lamelles dans le sens de la longueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salez et poivrez. Saupoudrez de piment rouge en poudre. Arrosez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de jus de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites griller des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s soit \u00e0 la po\u00eale soit sur une grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez la brousse sur chaque lamelle.
