Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Comptez 1 minute et 30 secondes de cuisson. \u00c9gouttez les \u0153ufs et passez les sous l&#8217;eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez les tranches de jambon en lamelles d&#8217;environ 3X8 cm. Disposez les graines de pavot et de s\u00e9same dans une tasse. M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9calez les \u0153ufs et faites les rouler dans le m\u00e9lange de graines.
