Nettoyez soigneusement les champignons.<br>Essuyez les d\u00e9licatement avec un linge humide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez le vinaigre \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole en inox. Ajoutez les champignons.<br>Laissez fr\u00e9mir 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9gouttez et laissez refroidir. \u00c9pongez les sur du papier absorbant. Saupoudrez de sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez les avec les aromates au fond du ou des bocaux.
