Baissez le feu<br>Ajoutez l&#8217;oignon, le thym, la muscade. Salez et poivrez<br>Laissez sur feu doux 10 minutes. Passez cette infusion<br>Faites reprendre l&#8217;\u00e9bullition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps faites un roux avec le beurre et la farine. D\u00e9layez-le avec l&#8217;infusion pr\u00e9alablement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<br>N&#8217;arr\u00eatez pas de remuer. Cuisez pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coquillez les hu\u00eetres. Faites les pocher \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante quelques instants. Ebarbez les<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dressage:<br>D\u00e9posez une hu\u00eetre par tartelette.
