Faites le revenir avec 20 g de beurre sans coloration environ 6 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le bol d&#8217;un mixeur mettez l&#8217;oignon, l&#8217;ail le pain et le porc.<br>Hachez finement en incorporant l&#8217;oeuf entier et une pinc\u00e9e de muscade en poudre.<br>Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9.<br>D\u00e9coupez deux disques l&#8217;un pour foncer le moule l&#8217;autre comme couvercle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beurrez et farinez la tourti\u00e8re. Foncez-la avec le plus grand disque. Versez la farce.<br>Fermez avec le plus petit disque de p\u00e2te. Soudez les bords en les pin\u00e7ant.<br>Faites un trou au centre.
