Pelez et taillez les pommes de terre en rondelles.<br>Disposez en la moiti\u00e9 sur le fond de tarte. \u00d4tez la peau de la saucisse et taillez la en rondelles. R\u00e9partissez les sur la tarte. Recouvrez les rondelles de saucisse avec le reste des pommes de terre.
