{"id":4114,"date":"2022-04-08T20:48:26","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T18:48:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/?p=4114"},"modified":"2022-04-08T20:48:27","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T18:48:27","slug":"tajine-de-legumes-farcis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wp.cuisine-lucullus.com\/index.php\/2022\/04\/08\/tajine-de-legumes-farcis\/","title":{"rendered":"Tajine de l\u00e9gumes farcis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9dacteur CocoE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nombre de parts: 4<br>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 20 minutes<br>Temps de cuisson: 40 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br>2 aubergines<br>1 courgette<br>2 poivrons<br>1 bouquet de menthe fra\u00eeche (d\u00e9coration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la farce:<br>2 gousses d&#8217;ail<br>1 oignon<br>400 g de viande hach\u00e9e<br>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de quatre-\u00e9pices<br>200 g de riz cuit<br>sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la sauce:<br>1 oignon<br>1 bo\u00eete de 400 g de tomates concass\u00e9es<br>sel, poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laver les l\u00e9gumes, les \u00e9queuter et les couper en 2 dans le sens de la longueur.<br>\u00c9vider les aubergines et les courgettes, \u00e9p\u00e9piner les poivrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer la farce:<br>Peler les gousses d&#8217;ail et l&#8217;oignon, les hacher finement.<br>Les incorporer \u00e0 la viande avec le quatre-\u00e9pices<br>Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malaxer cette pr\u00e9paration avec le riz cuit. Remplir les moiti\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes de farce.<br>Les ranger dans une tajine ou un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parer la sauce: Peler l&#8217;oignon, le hacher et le faire suer pendant 5 minutes dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive avec un peu d&#8217;eau. Ajouter les tomates concass\u00e9es ainsi que la chair des l\u00e9gumes \u00e9vid\u00e9s. Saler et poivrer.<br>Verser cette sauce dans le plat autour des l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 four chaud pendant 35 minutes. Arroser de sauce en cours de cuisson. Si besoin, ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dressage:<\/strong><br>Laver la menthe. Servir chaud, napp\u00e9 de sauce.
