Changez l&#8217;eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portez l&#8217;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans la cocotte. Mettez-y le chou coup\u00e9 en 4 pendant 10 minutes. \u00c9gouttez-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Videz la cocotte. Emplissez-le d&#8217;eau \u00e0 demi. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Jetez-y la palette ou jambonneau, lard, l\u00e9gumes sauf pommes de terre, bouquet garni, ail, poivre mais pas de sel. Laissez cuire 1 heure \u00e0 partir du fr\u00e9missement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le saucisson et les pommes de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9es.
