Coupez le pain en rondelles et \u00f4tez-en la cro\u00fbte. Faites tremper le pain dans le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale faites frire les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez la viande dans une jatte. Ajoutez les 2 \u0153ufs. Salez et poivrez puis m\u00e9langez. Ajoutez le pain essor\u00e9 ainsi que les oignons. M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites des boules puis aplatissez-les avec la paume de la main. Le palet doit avoir \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la taille de la paume. Panez les palets \u00e0 la chapelure et faites les frire \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>Servir avec du bortsch sans viande.
