Frottez en le jambon. Enveloppez-le alors dans la feuille de papier aluminium. Enfournez \u00e0 mi hauteur pendant 1 heure 10. Laissez refroidir dans la feuille d&#8217;aluminium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage :<\/strong><br>D\u00e9coupez des tranches fines.
